i had a chat with 'k' about our friend. so now our friend isn't going to the function tonight. this is really frustrating and it's beginning to piss me off.
something is brewing because i received a text from my friend's ex. my friend was sorry for the drama the ex had caused. i said 'i'm cool. no worries.'
i can tell this isn't the end of it. i just hope it doesn't get any worse. if this fucks up the plans for the weekend i'm going to be pissed!

it's difficult to write anything under limited time. so a lot has happened in the past few months. they've been tempestuous but in the end i find myself in a state of serenity.
last night it was clear my friend understood the situation. here they are with their bullshit and there i am trying to help them cope with theirs all the while not making it about myself because it's been about them and only them. it's all good. i'm not about me and woe is me and omc i've been dumped and i'm still in love and ......... ugh!!!! omfc get over it you fuckin' twits! seriously.
so my one friend the one i've gotten close to the last few months and the one i never thought i'd connect with sent me a text telling me how sorry ........ about: a)_________ b)____________ two things that really pissed me off. what's important is that my friend realized this and genuinely felt bad about it and was going to do everything to make it right. i'm not concerned. i've seen it before and now i know how to cope with it.
lesson learned a while back. thank you very much.

i have a problem. i meet too many people. ok so it's not a problem but the thing is when you meet so many people you have to be cautious of a lot of things. you don't know what their intentions are and you don't want to mislead anyone in ANY way and you also don't want to piss off one person because you're socializing with the ex. dios mio!
some people i let in more than others and others i hope to let in more but they're complete whack jobs or at least that's the impression i get. i sometimes wonder if that's how i'm perceived.

had a text chat with a musician friend of mine last night. been doing so on a regular basis for about a week or two. i think things are going in a certain direction i don't want to go in but the 'i gotta please everyone and will do my best to not let things go there.' bug keeps me from doing so.
